Beyond hourly play

More ways for your cafe to earn

Hourly play pays the rent. These are the income streams we help cafes add on top.

  • Peripheral retail

A counter for headsets, mice and keyboards from brands we work with. Players try them first, then buy.

  • PC build orders

Your regulars want rigs of their own. Refer or sell custom builds through your cafe.

  • Food and drinks to the seat

Orders from the gamer's PC through Olympus, so snacks sell without a queue.

  • Gamepasses and memberships

Prepaid hours and passes bring cash in early and players back often.

  • Tournaments and LAN nights

Entry fees, full seats on slow nights and a reason to post about your cafe.

  • Brand activations

Brands pay to put products in players' hands. We bring the brands to your cafe.

  • Private events

Birthdays, college groups and company team nights, booked as packages.

  • Revenue reviews

A regular look at your numbers so the next change is based on data, not guesswork.

Revenue analysis

What a revenue review covers

We read your Olympus reports, or your books if you're not on Olympus yet, and come back with a short, practical plan.

  • Pricing by hour, day and seat type
  • Busy and idle hours, and what to do with the idle ones
  • Seat mix: which machines earn and which sit empty
  • Food and drink, gamepass and member revenue
  • Leaks: unbilled time, discounts that don't pay back
  • Three changes to make first

Metrics to follow

Eight numbers every cafe owner should watch

Olympus reports your sessions, revenue and orders, so most of these come straight from your dashboard.

MetricHow to calculate itWhy it matters
Seat occupancyHours sold ÷ hours availableTells you whether you need more seats, better off-peak offers or a different seat mix.
Revenue per seat hourTotal revenue ÷ seat hours availableThe one number to compare days, branches and price changes fairly.
Peak and off-peak mixHours sold by time slotShows where discounts, leagues and events will do the most good.
Food and drink attach rateSessions with an order ÷ all sessionsThe easiest revenue to grow without adding a single seat.
Prepaid and member shareGamepass and wallet revenue ÷ total revenueCash up front, and players who come back to use it.
Repeat player ratePlayers with two or more visits in 30 days ÷ all playersLoyalty is cheaper than new footfall. Watch it after every change.
Unbilled timeSession time with no matching paymentWhat manual billing quietly loses every night.
Payback periodSetup cost ÷ monthly profitKeeps expansion honest. Use profit, not revenue.

How it works

How a consultation runs

  1. Discovery call

Your plans, your space or your current numbers, and what you want to change.

  2. Review

We look at the site, the layout or your reports, depending on where you are.

  3. Proposal

A clear scope: what we will do, the hardware, and the timeline.

  4. Build and launch

We build the PCs, set up Olympus and help you open, or roll out the changes.

  5. Follow-up

We check the numbers with you after launch and adjust.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

How do I start a gaming cafe in India?
Start with the location and budget, then decide the seat mix and hardware, then the software and the launch plan. Our consultation covers each step, from the first floor plan to opening day.
Do you only work with new cafes?
No. We help people planning a cafe, people with a space ready, and cafes that are already open and want to grow.
Can you build the PCs for my cafe?
Yes. We plan and build matched PC fleets so every seat plays the same, with peripherals from brands we work with.
Can you look at my numbers if I don't use Olympus?
Yes. We can work from your billing records or books. Olympus just makes the review faster and the numbers more reliable.
How much does a cafe setup cost?
Every cafe is different, so we don't publish a price. After the discovery call we give you a scope and an estimate.
Can you help with tournaments at my cafe?
Yes. We run cafe LAN nights and tournaments, and bring brand sponsors where it makes sense.
