Privacy notice
This notice explains what Code Clutch Esports Labs Pvt Ltd ("Code Clutch", "we") does with the information you share on codeclutch.io. The Olympus apps and olympus.codeclutch.io are covered by the Olympus privacy policy.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- your name and the contact details you give us (phone, email, and whether we may use WhatsApp);
- the answers you choose to give about your request, such as your cafe, city, company, budget range or event;
- the page you sent it from, the referring page and campaign tags in the link, if any;
- your IP address and browser details, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it, for example to arrange a demo, a consultation, a PC build, a partnership or an event. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking. If you join the tournament software waitlist, we will email you about the launch.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored on our own systems and is visible to the Code Clutch team members who handle enquiries. We use service providers to host our systems and to send email notifications to our team, and they process the data only for us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and our relationship with you, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have shared, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
